Episode #7 “Classic Kicks”

DOWNLOAD: HollyweerdClassic

Nike ID came to Henderson International to help the Findlay Pilots design their own shoe (kinda a nice perk if you ask me).  The team was split up in to two shoe designing groups, and Coach Peck was the judge.  The winning design would be worn for the rest of the season.  Competition got kinda fierce with both sides claiming they had the hottest design.

Last year I missed out on the guys designing the shoe, so I knew I had be present this time.  It was a lot of fun to shoot and even more fun to edit.  With these next few episodes I’m trying to showcase the team more outside of the gym.  Don’t worry, I’m not dropping the game highlights (although I’m very behind), but I think it’s important to see the other side of all the drills and half time speeches.  In 2010, expect to see more about what it’s like to be a part of Findlay College Prep.

I also had to use music from the Atlanta based group Hollyweerd. “Classic” came from their mixtape Candy For Kleptos.
